Serving families with members abroad: pick-up, photos and WhatsApp updates
13 Oct 2026 · 1 min read · Punjab
In many Punjab families, the person paying the bill lives abroad while parents use the vehicle at home. Workshops that make this easy earn loyal customers.
Pick-up from home
Elderly parents may not want to ride to the workshop. Pick-up and drop solves that.
Updates for the whole family
Send the job status, photos and the bill on WhatsApp so a son or daughter abroad can see everything.
Online payment
A payment link or UPI QR on the bill lets anyone pay from anywhere.
Service reminders
Remind the family when service is due. They will appreciate that you remembered.
