सेवा की शर्तें

These terms are an agreement between the SCMS provider ("we") and the business that signs up for SCMS ("you"). By signing up or using SCMS you accept them.

1. The service

SCMS is online software for vehicle service centres: job cards, bills, stock, reports and the other modules in your plan. We provide it "as available" through the internet. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a module you pay for during a paid month.

2. Your account

• You give correct business and contact details, and keep them up to date.
• You choose who in your business may sign in and what each person may do. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-ins; keep passwords secret.
• You must be allowed to run the business you use SCMS for, and you must follow the law, including GST rules and the rules about your customers' personal data.

3. Free trial

New businesses get a free trial of 14 days. At the end of the trial the first monthly bill is made for the plan and modules you have then. You can choose your plan or remove modules at any time before that.

4. Fees, GST and payment

• Prices are shown on our website and in My subscription, before GST. GST is added as per law.
• Bills are made every month in advance. A module or extra you add in the middle of a month is billed for the days left.
• Pay by UPI, bank transfer or the online payment link. If a bill is not paid within 7 days of its due date, your SCMS becomes read-only: you can still see and download everything, but not add or change data, until the bill is paid.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in SCMS.

5. Your data

• The data you put in SCMS (your customers, vehicles, job cards, bills, stock and so on) belongs to you. We use it only to run SCMS for you, as described in our privacy policy.
• You can download all your data at any time (System → Download all my data).
• Our support team looks inside your SCMS only when you allow it (My subscription → Allow support), and everything they do is recorded in your audit log.

6. Fair use

You will not misuse SCMS: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy the software, resell it without our written permission, or use it to send spam or unlawful messages. Messages SCMS sends go from your own email, SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram accounts; you are responsible for having your customers' consent.

7. Availability and backups

We take a backup every night and work to keep SCMS running all the time, but there can be short breaks for updates or problems outside our control (internet, hosting, power). We are not responsible for losses caused by such breaks.

8. Ending the service

• You can stop at any time: the service continues until the end of the month you paid for. See the refund policy.
• We may pause or end an account that does not pay or breaks these terms, after giving notice where reasonable.
• After an account ends we keep its data for 30 days so you can download it, then delete it, except what the law requires us to keep (for example our own bills to you).

9. Liability

SCMS helps you run your business; you remain responsible for your bills, taxes and decisions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
