Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial

The first 14 days are free. Nothing is billed if you stop during the trial.

Monthly subscription

• SCMS is billed monthly in advance, for the plan and modules you have.
• If you stop, SCMS keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund the rest of a month already started.
• If you remove a module, it keeps working until the end of the paid month and is not billed after that.

When we refund

• You were billed twice, or billed for something you did not have: we refund the extra amount.
• A paid one-time job (for example data import or training) that we could not do: we refund it in full.

Write to within 30 days of the payment. Approved refunds are paid to the same account or UPI ID within 7 to 10 working days.

Cancelling

Tell us by email () or phone (), or ask our support team in SCMS. Download all your data first (System → Download all my data); after the account ends it is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
