25 Sep 2026 · 1 min read

Recording complaints the same way every time makes your workshop faster and your records useful.

The ten you will see most

  • Hard starting in the morning.
  • Low mileage.
  • Noise from the engine or chain.
  • Brakes weak or noisy.
  • Vibration at a certain speed.
  • Battery draining.
  • Lights or horn not working.
  • Pulling to one side.
  • Oil leak.
  • Self-start not working.

Record them as one-tap choices

A list of common complaints lets the front desk open a job card in seconds. Add a free-text note for anything unusual.

Always add the condition

"Hard starting — only in the morning, after the vehicle stands overnight" helps the technician find the cause quickly.
