Find the cause
Was the diagnosis wrong? Was a cheap part used? Was the test ride skipped? Each comeback has a lesson.
Write the fix down
When the real cause is found, add it to your fix library so the next technician gets it right first time.
Quality check before delivery
A second person checking the work and a short test ride prevent most comebacks.
