1. No Refund on Digital Products
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The file is completely corrupted or unusable
- We fail to provide a working replacement
Refunds are not issued for:
- Wrong purchases
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues (unless proven defective)
2. Replacement Policy
If a file is not functioning:
- Contact support within 48 hours of purchase
- Provide the order ID and issue details
- We will send a working replacement file
3. Cancellation
Since digital downloads are delivered instantly:
- Order cancellation is not possible after payment is completed.
