The battery is the most expensive part of an EV. Customers worry about it and trust the workshop that explains it.
Measure what you can
Range on a full charge, charging time and any warnings shown by the vehicle.
Explain simply
"Your battery gives about 80% of the range it gave when new. That is normal for its age."
Give a written report
A short report with the date and readings — customers keep it, and it helps when they sell the vehicle.
Advise care
Avoid running the battery to zero, avoid charging in extreme heat, and use the correct charger.
